Since 2022, the company has started preparations for the third GMP acceptance. In the past year, we have strictly followed the requirements of the "Veterinary Drug Production Quality Management Regulations (Revised in 2020)" to comprehensively upgrade the production conditions, production environment, and quality management, and basically realize fully enclosed and fully automatic connected production. Most of the old production equipment was eliminated, with new equipment accounting for more than 80%. Some new laboratory equipment was added, with an additional investment of more than 500 million yuan.
The original veterinary drug production dosage forms are retained: powder/premix, powder, final sterilization small volume injection (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction)/final sterilization large volume non-intravenous injection (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), oral solution (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), non-chlorine disinfectant (liquid), with a total of 8 dosage forms and 5 production lines.
After nearly a year of construction and preparation, the new version of veterinary drug GMP was successfully accepted on December 30, 2022. 2022 ended successfully and set sail again in 2023. To the world of innovation, to do the world's Chuangxin.
