[pharmacological action] this product for the treatment of coccidiosis special sulfa drugs. It has the strongest effect on chicken giant, brucellosis and heap type Eimeria, but has a weak effect on tender and toxic Eimeria, and requires a higher dose to be effective. It is often used in combination with ampropiline or ditrimethoprim to enhance efficacy. The peak of this product is in the second generation of schizonts (3~4 days after coccidia infection), which does not affect the immunity of birds to coccidia. It has certain antibacterial activity and can prevent the secondary infection of coccidiosis. It is easy to produce cross-resistance with other sulfonamides.
