This product has a strong antibacterial effect on aerobic bacteria, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, Pasteurelobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Shigella and other gram-negative bacteria. Gram-positive bacteria are usually not sensitive. There was complete cross-resistance with polymyxin B, but no cross-resistance with other antimicrobial agents.

Pharmacokinetics There is almost no absorption in oral administration, but rapid absorption in parenteral administration. Drugs that enter the body can be rapidly distributed into the heart, lung, liver, kidney and skeletal muscle, but not easily into the brain and spinal cord, chest, joint cavity and infection lesions. Mainly through the renal excretion.

[Drug interactions] (1) combined with neuromuscular blocking agents such as muscle relaxants and aminoglycosides may cause muscle weakness and apnea.
